  • T1/2, C11000,C12000+ SA240 304/316, 3/4/5/6MM+8--200MM thickness;
  • EN10204 TYPE3.2 available.
  • CARBON =0.23 wt%,   CEQ=C+Mn/B+ (Cr+Mo+V)/5 +(Cu+NI)/15=0.43 wt%;

    1, High bonding strength: the energy of explosive explosion makes the base plate(Carbon steel ) impact the clad plate(Stainless steel, Copper, Titanium, etc.) at high speed, generating high temperature and high pressure to achieve solid-phase welding of the interface of the different metals. Ideally, the shear strength of the interface can reach 400Mpa/mm2.
